This leading
provider of IT solutions (outsourcing) to the
telecom/cable/wireless/wireline industry is actively looking
for two Account Directors in the Toronto area to manage and grow the
two largest communications enterprises in Canada. One is currently
an $8M account, expected to grow to $15M in the next year and $25M
in the next couple years ~ we need an experienced “farmer” from the
outsourcing industry (preferably with some communications exp) to
handle this client. The second has a run rate of $5M in current
business (expected to grow to $20M in the next couple years) but we
are need a “hunter” within this “farming account. This individual
would be responsible for
identify opportunities outside of their
current business.

small (but extremely visible) group who will be responsible for
targeting very large strategic customers (such as American Express
and GM) to develop relationships and close large contracts (in the
$10-40M+ range for one deal). These deals often have 18-24 month
sales cycles so the incentive portion of the compensation would be
“soft” targets (having 5 C level meetings with identified potential
customers) for the first year and then “harder” targets thereafter.
