Sr. Business Development Manager(s)/Director(s) Bay area and Nationwide Business Consulting in High Tech and Manufacturing

This growing business/operations consulting firm is seeking Executives with significant experience selling high level management consulting and IT outsourcing services (end to end solutions) to the High Tech, Communications and Manufacturing verticals.  Our client offers a unique hybrid onsite/offshore model which has proven to be successful and is looking for key Managers/Directors to join their small but growing team of business professionals.

Account Director(s) – Toronto, Canada

This leading provider of IT solutions (outsourcing) to the telecom/cable/wireless/wireline industry is actively looking for two Account Directors in the Toronto area to manage and grow the two largest communications enterprises in Canada.  One is currently an $8M account, expected to grow to $15M in the next year and $25M in the next couple years ~ we need an experienced “farmer” from the outsourcing industry (preferably with some communications exp) to handle this client.  The second has a run rate of $5M in current business (expected to grow to $20M in the next couple years) but we are need a “hunter” within this “farming account.  This individual would be responsible for identify opportunities outside of their current business.

Director of Business Development – Bay Area, CA

This leading provider of IT solutions (outsourcing) to the telecom/cable/wireless/wireline industry is recruiting for a Director of Business Development in the Bay area (reporting into an AVP of sales) to proactively go after a set of new, very strategic accounts such as Google, Yahoo and DirectTV (to name a few) and also to manage existing accounts in the region .  Individuals should have worked in an IT outsourcing environment, be familiar with the global delivery model and sold into the communications or high tech market in the past.

Sr. Business Development Manager – NY, NJ, East Coast – Product Engineering Services

We are working with a key players in the IT outsourcing industry ~ who was named the Worldwide Leader in Engineering Services in 2007 by Global Services (all verticals). Their goal to hit the $1B mark this year ($2B by 2010) ~ and they are looking for Business Development Manager within their PES (product engineering services) practice.  This group is the 3rd largest practice (soon to be the 2nd) as it is growing at a rate of 40% year on year and we are looking for a hard core “hunter” to open to accounts and be groomed to take over as Regional Director in a few years.

Sr. Business Development Managers/Directors – New England, Chicago, Bay Area

This IT outsourcing and services industry leader is actively interviewing for Business Development Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors within their Insurance practice in the US. This is their largest vertical (25% insurance, 45% if you count the banking/financial domains which are often lumped together)…this is a very reputable and well established practice, far ahead of the competition when it comes to on-shore consulting type services.  Compensation package is highly competitive and 85% of the individuals on an incentive plan are making over 95% of their bonus/commission.

Account Manager/Director – NY/NJ – Insurance

We are working with a key players in the IT outsourcing industry ~ who was named the Worldwide Leader in Engineering Services in 2007 by Global Services (all verticals). Their goal to hit the $1B mark this year ($2B by 2010).  Responsibilities include managing a $10-15M portfolio of a major insurance giant ($35M total revenue for this client, with anticipated growth to $70M in a few years).  We need a true aggressive “farmer” with experience managing large accounts, specific insurance experience is not necessary but IT outsourcing knowledge is fundamental.

Account Director – Atlanta, GA – Communications

This IT outsourcing and services industry leader is actively interviewing for an Account Director in the Atlanta area ~ In particular, we are looking for someone to aggressively “farm” this Fortune 500 client which is forecasted to grow to $20M in business by next year. The account name is confidential at this time, but this Account Director should be able to handle both business development and work closely with the delivery teams, to identify new opportunities within this key account.  We need someone who is proactive and able to sell multi-line (IT, networking, product engineering, etc.) and multi-year deals.

This industry leader in IT outsourcing and consulting services is actively looking for a Director of Retail, Go to Market Consulting Services to drive pre-sales, sales and delivery in the US.  This individual should be well versed in Pos, Merchandising, Store Ops, Supply Chain and Analytics with 12-15 years of experience in retail consulting.

Director of Large Deal Pursuits – US (open on location) – IT Outsourcing

We are working with a key players in the IT outsourcing industry ~ who was named the Worldwide Leader in Engineering Services in 2007 by Global Services (all verticals) and their goal to hit the $1B mark this year ($2B by 2010). They have created a small (but extremely visible) group who will be responsible for targeting very large strategic customers (such as American Express and GM) to develop relationships and close large contracts (in the $10-40M+ range for one deal).  These deals often have 18-24 month sales cycles so the incentive portion of the compensation would be “soft” targets (having 5 C level meetings with identified potential customers) for the first year and then “harder” targets thereafter.
